I recently upgrade my Domino Server from the 5.09a version to the 6.5 version. I follow the step by step Upgrading to Domino 6 reference from Lotus (except the ODS conversion, waiting for steady state, recommended by Lotus). During the upgrade process, I encountered problem on the installation phase, later on I found out that it's Netscape that cause the problem. After the program was removed, the installation was successful.

I'm currently testing the applications, and some anomaly occured. For example, the checkboxes in a form that suppose to be hidden, appear in the browser. And other checbox related functionality fail to execute. Is this problem has something to do with Javascript? Does the different Domino Server version have different support for Javascript? The application design hasn't been changed since the server upgrade, so the current suspect is the sever upgrade that cause the problem. FYI, the upgrade was performed on the development server. The production sever still retain the old 5.09a version, and the application works fine. Anyone ever experience this before? How to workaround it? TIA.
